To develop and manage strategies, policies, systems, norms/standards, plans and leases related to infrastructure programmes/projects.

Functions:

• Determine future educational infrastructure needs.
• Manage the planning and coordination of the building of schools and other infrastructure programmes in conjunction with Public Works.
• Ensure the effective utilisation of all WCED accommodation.
