Purpose:
To assist the Accounting Officer in discharging the duties prescribed in part of Chapter 5 of the PFMA and the Annual Division of Revenue Act.

Functions:
  1. Manage the allocation of financial resources in line with the priorities, needs and strategic plan of the WCED
  2. Ensure sound financial accounting practices.
  3. Manage the supply chain and provide logistic support to the WCED.
