Purpose:

To assist the Accounting Officer in discharging the duties prescribed in part of Chapter 5 of the PFMA and the Annual Division of Revenue Act.

Functions:

• Manage the allocation of financial resources in line with the priorities, needs and strategic plan of the WCED
• Ensure sound financial accounting practices.
• Manage the supply chain and provide logistic support to the WCED.
