Consultation on the
Draft Western Cape Provincial School Amendment Bill

The Minister of Education for the Western Cape, Mr Donald Grant, has initiated a process to review and amend the Western Cape Provincial Schools Act.  The draft Bill has been published for public comment and is attached as indicated below.

The closing date for comment is 16 April 2010 and interested persons are invited to make submissions to:
