1. 4. 7. 8. Ukuba umqeshwa akakho ngemvume okanye ngenxa yokuba enqunyanyisiwe ngokwemiqathango ethile kangangethuba leenyanga ezintathu okanye elingaphezu koko, umqeshwa ochaphazelakayo uya kuthathwa njengobenentsebenzo eyanelisayo ngelo thuba lokungabikho kwakhe lalo mjikelo wentsebenzo uchaphazelekayo (njengoko kuchaziwe kuMmiselo 72(12) we-Public Service Regulations (PSR) kwiGazethi kaRhulumente No. 40167 ye-29 Julayi 2016).
