INTERPRETATION OF RELATIVE EDUCATION QUALIFICATION VALUES (REQVs) FOR EDUCATORS AT COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTRES


1. This minute must be read in conjunction with Circular 0067/2004, IMGP Minute 0007/2014 and Chapter 6 (6.10.2) of the Procedure Manual for Centre Managers and Site Co-ordinators.
2. The attached table clarifies REQVs 10 to 16 and must be adhered to when appointing staff at community learning centres.
3. The source documents for the above-mentioned information are the Personnel Administrative Measures and Government Notice No. 21565 of 22 September 2000, as updated.
