Furthermore, the Provincial Minister of Education, in terms of Section 19(2) of the AET Act, 2000 has determined the guidelines for establishment, elections and functions of RCLs (Provincial Gazette No. 6984, dated 24 May 2012). |

The AET Sub-directorate has now arranged for the training of RCLs on roles and responsibilities. |
| 4. |
Training will take place as from 20 September 2014, and the respective dates and venues for the education districts are provided in the attached Annexure P. |

Each main centre is required to send three representatives for training, i.e. two RCL members and the centre manager. |
| 6. |
