Learners will not be administered the immunisation scheduled at 5 years during December 2007 and January 2008.

From 1 February 2008 all 6 year olds will receive the Tetanus and Diluted Diphtheria (Td) vaccine. This vaccination process will include those learners who did not receive it at 5 years.

A second dose of Td will be administered at 12 years.
|
| 4. |
The national Health Department will be informing the national Department of Education about this change in the Vaccination Schedule.
|

Please ensure that this notice is brought to the attention of all persons concerned and that it is continuously accessible to them.
