| IQMS 2007: BASELINE EVALUATIONS OF FIRST-TIME IMPLEMENTERS |

This minute concerns the baseline evaluations of educators who are newly qualified, are in their first appointment in the department, have been out of the system and returned, or are in temporary appointments.

The baseline evaluations for all institution-based educators who started implementing the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) in 2007 should now be completed.
|

The individual scores of such educators should be recorded on the Composite Score Sheet for Individual Educators (Form QA5).

The documents must be submitted to the IQMS co-ordinator at the EMDC by the principals of the relevant institutions on or before Friday, 20 April 2007. The development needs of these educators should also be addressed during the development cycles after the evaluation, in accordance with the IQMS Calendar for Educators of 2007. SDTs are reminded to arrange development opportunities for all educators at the different post levels, as required.
