With reference to Logistical Services Minute 0031/2006 of 18 December 2006, staff have already been informed of the new telephone system to be installed at WCED Head Office and of service interruptions personnel may experience.

As a result of certain delivery delays, the installation of the telephone system will now be completed only by 5 February 2007.

Should any WCED personnel experience telecommunication problems after the installation of the new telephone system has been completed on 5 February 2007, they are requested to report them immediately to the Section: Telephone Services at extensions 2792, 2793 or 2794 so that the problems can be attended to.
