NATIONAL DATABASE OF SCHOOL FEES - 2006 INFORMATION


1. The national Department of Education is creating a database of the school fees and other relevant data of public ordinary schools for the 2006 school year. You are also referred to Budget Management Minute 0002/2007 in this respect regarding the information for 2005.
2. Attached is a form that must be completed by schools. Please note the footnotes for the explanation of certain information on the forms.
3. The financial data provided must correspond with the information that appears in the 2006 audited financial statements of the schools.
4. The completed forms must be returned by fax to the Department at 021 467 2594 or by email to edunormstd@pgwc.gov.za by 24 August 2007 for the attention of Mr J Kitshoff.
