1. The national Department of Education is creating a database on school fees and other relevant information for public ordinary schools.
2. Attached is a form that all schools are required to complete. Please refer to the footnotes that explain some of the information to be supplied.
3. The financial data must agree with that stated in the annual audited statements for 2005.
4. Schools are requested to submit the completed form to the Western Cape Education Department by e-mail to edunormstd@pgwc.gov.za or by fax to 021 467 2594, for attention: Mr J Kitshoff, by 15 March 2007.
