This circular minute supplements Circular 0031/2004.

According to paragraph 4.1.2 of the afore-mentioned Circular 0031/2004, a Performance Certificate which covers the year 1 April 2003 to 31 March 2004, will have to be completed in respect of every Public Servant in the employ of the WCED who qualifies for pay progression, and submitted to Head Office by no later than 16 August 2004 at the following address:

Mr RT Manasse, Room 10-11, Grand Central Towers, Lower Parliament Street, Private Bag 9114, Cape Town 8000.

In cases where Performance Certificates are still outstanding from last year, it may have an effect on the granting of pay progression for 2004. Outstanding certificates must be submitted immediately please.

A copy of the said certificate is attached for your utilisation and photocopying according to your needs.
