Holiday Programme at the Cape Town Science Centre

Holiday Programme at the Cape Town Science Centre

The Cape Town Science Centre is celebrating the International Year of the Periodic Table with a jam-packed holiday programme.

The activities include daily hands-on workshops, busking, outdoor activities, demonstrations and science shows.

Highlights are the Mini Maker Club where children can build their own traffic lights, tinker with aerodynamics, explore 3D printing and much more.

The Let’s Code Holiday Club gives children an excellent opportunity to acquire basic coding skills in a relaxed and creative environment.

Holiday regulars include a tour of the Camera Obscura, one of only four in South Africa, and daily science shows.
