IMINGENI EYAHLALA INGUMNQANTSA

IKAPA ELIHLUMAYO NOPHUHLISO LWEZAKHONO ZOLUNTU

URhulumente makangenelele ngokuthe ngqo ukuze aqinisekise ukuphuhliswa kwezakhono zoluntu nentlalo ingakumbi kuluntu lwethu oluhlwempuzekileyo.

IZINTO EZIBALULEKILEYO KUMGAQO-NKQUBO

Iprogram yethu yalo nyaka-mali umiyo iquka ukuqulunqa iindidi ngeendidi zemigaqo-nkqubo ukuxhasa ukuqaliswa kwesiCwangciso soPhuhliso lweZakhono zoLuntu (Human Capital Development Strategy). Mandidwelise ezinye zazo:

Umthamo wesikolo nolwamkelo lwabafundi (school capacity and admissions)

Ezi zinto ziquka umgaqo-nkqubo woMthamo weSikolo noLwamkelo lwaBafundi (School Capacity and Admissions policy) ukuncedisa ekwamkelweni kwabafundi ezikolweni ngo-2007. Ukukhuthaza ukufikeleleka nobulungisa kwezengqesho kwiikholeji ze-FET (access and equity), isiCwangciso seNkxaso-mali yokuNceda ye-iKapa eliHlumayo (the iKapa eliHlumayo Financial Aid Plan) sinikezela ngama-R25 ezigidi ngo-2006/07 ngelokubonelela ngoncedo lwemali kubafundi beekholeji ze-FET abasweleyo.
