MEC Schafer extends condolences to the late MEC Mandla Makupula's family.

Statement by Minister Debbie Schäfer, Minister of Education

It is with great sadness that I have heard of the passing of my colleague in the Eastern Cape, MEC Mandla Makupula.

In the time that I knew him, he was always cheerful, despite health challenges.

I wish to extend my sincere condolences to his family, friends, colleagues and the ANC.
