The results of more than 7 000 candidates who registered to write the national Senior Certificate supplementary exams in February and March this year, are available from the Western Cape Education Department (WCED).

Candidates' advice of results will be printed today (Thursday, 30 April 2009) and will be mailed to them by Monday.

Telephonic enquiries with regards to the exam results can be directed to 021 467 2300.

A total of 7 008 candidates applied to write at 169 exam centres in the province. The WCED earlier indicated that the exams went smoothly in the province.
