DEALING WITH ENQUIRIES

PERSONAL ENQUIRIES
The Western Cape Education Department (WCED) has opened a Client Service Centre at Grand Central Building, Parliament Street on the 2nd Floor to assist the public in respect of the November 2006 examination results, admission to the Supplementary Examination and the Remarking of scripts.

TELEPHONIC ENQUIRIES
Telephone number (021) 467-2300 has been made available for the answering of telephonic enquiries in respect of examination results. This number is connected to a Voice Mail system and offers eight additional lines. The lines will be open from 08:00 to 16:00 everyday from 29 December 2006 until 2 February 2007.
The public must please note that this number will only deal with enquiries in respect of the November 2006 examination results. |

PERSOONLIKE NAVRAE
Die Wes-Kaap Onderwysdepartement (WKOD) se Kliënte Hulpsentrum te Grand Central gebou, 2de vloer , Parlementstraat is gerat om alle navrae t.o.v. die November 2006 uitslae, toelating tot die Aanvullingseksamen en die Hernasien van Skrifte, te hanteer.

TELEFONIESE NAVRAE
Telefoonnommer (021) 467-2300 is beskikbaar gestel vir die beantwoording van navrae i.v.m. eksamenuitslae. Hierdie nommer is gekoppel aan ‘n Voice Mail stelsel wat agt bylyne sal bedien. Die bylyne sal oop wees vanaf 08:00 tot 16:00 daagliks vanaf 29 Desember 2006 tot 2 Februarie 2007.
Die publiek moet asseblief daarop let dat hierdie nommer slegs navrae t.o.v. die November 2006 eksamenuitslae sal hanteer. |

As was the case last year, the following information will be given to the press for publication in the press on 28 December 2006.

Next to each name there must be one of the following indicators:

'E' - Pass with Endorsement
'M' - Pass with Endorsement and Merit
'D' - Pass with Endorsement and Distinction
'S' - Pass Senior Certificate
'N' - Pass Senior Certificate with Merit
'P' - Pass Senior Certificate with Distinction

Next to each name there should also appear the subjects in which they obtained A`s (these may be indicated by codes) (A table with the Subject Keys must be supplied).
