This minute should be read in conjunction with Circular 0017/2018, dated 04 April 2018. |

Non-section 21 schools were informed in paragraph 6 of Circular 0017/2018 that the price lists for year one would expire on 30 September 2018. |

Schools are now provided with the new price lists in respect of the current contracts for the supply and delivery of stationery and cleaning materials, gardening and electrical supplies which is held by the Western Cape Education Department (WCED). |

The attached price lists for year two will be effective from 01 October 2018 to 30 September 2019. Schools are required to make use of the price lists applicable to their region. |
