3. Lukwayinxenye yenyathelo eliqhubeka okokoko leDBE ukukhuthaza bonke abafundi ukuba babe nolwazi, kungapheleli nje kwimbali ebanzi yaseMzantsi Afrika, kodwa, kwakhona bakwazi ukuqhama kweembali zeendawo abahlala kuzo. 6. Ukhuphiswano lwabafundi

Kuya kufuneka ukuba abafundi benze uphando balungiselele inkcazo-ntetho okanye esinye sezi zihloko zilandelayo:

6.1 Inkululeko, idemokhrasi nembali yesikolo sabo: indlela isikolo sabo esaye sachatshazelwa ngayo ngamava enkqubo yocalu-calulo (apartheid) kwaneenguqu ukususela ekuqaleni kwedemokhrasi ngo-1994. Kulindeleke ukuba abafundi benze udliwano-ndlebe nabantu basekuhlaleni, kwakunye nabantu ababesaya kuba ngabafundi kwanootitshala ababeyinxenye yesikolo ngethuba lenkqubo yocalu-calulo. Bafuna kwakhona ukuqonda indlela isikolo esitshintshe ngayo ukususela ekuqaleni kwedemokhrasi ngo-1994. Abafundi banako kwakhona ukuxoxa malunga nokuba ingaba uvukelo-mbuso lolutsha lwaseSoweto ngo-1976 lwasiphembelela njani isikolo yaye ukuba kunjalo oko kwasitshintsha njani isikolo eso.
6.2 Ibali lobomi lalowo wayesaya kuba ngumfundi ngoo-1970 kwanendlela i-Bantu Education/ i-Black Education Act ka-1953 eyawuchaphazela ngayo umgangatho wemfundo yabantsundu. Ingaba iBantu Education Act ka-1953 yaba negalelo njani kuVukelo-mbuso loLutsha lwaseSoweto nge-16 Juni 1976? Kulindeleke abafundi benze udliwano-ndlebe nowayesaya kuba ngumfundi owaye wathatha inxaxheba kuvukelo-mbuso loLutsha lwaseSoweto ngo-1976 baze bafumanise kubo ngendlela imfundo yaBamnyama ekumgangatho osezantsi eyakuchaphazela ngayo ukufikelela kwabo kwimfundo kwanendlela oku okwakhokelela ngayo kuvukelo-mbuso luka-1976. Abafundi kufuneka kwakhona babonise ukuba ingaba uvukelo-mbuso lweJuni 16 luwuchaphazele njani umgangatho wemfundo namhlanje.
6.3 Itshantliziyo lezamalungelo esini elikwindawo abahlala kuyo elathatha inxaxheba kumngcelele waBafazi ka-1956. Ingaba umngcelele waBafazi ka-1956 waye wavula indlela yokuzabalazela ukulingana kwesini eMzantsi Afrika? Kulindeleke abafundi benze udliwano-ndlebe netsha-ntliziyo lezamalungelo sini ekuhlaleni kwabo babethatha inxaxheba kumngcelele waBafazi ka-1956 baze beve kubo indlela umngcelele lowo owabutshintsha ngayo ubume bokulingana kwesini eMzantsi Afrika.
6.4 Ibhayografi yezentlalo nezopolitiko yeqhawe okanye iqhawekazi kwindawo endihlala kuyo nendlela uMgaqo-siseko waseMzantsi Afrika obuchaphazele ngayo ubomi babo emva kokwamkelwa kwawo nge-08 Meyi 1996. 7. Kucelwa uqaphele oku kulandelayo:

  • Le projekthi mayisekelwe kuphando lwezembali yomlomo.
  • Abafundi mabancediswe ekukhetheni abantu abaya kwenza udliwano-ndlebe nabo, bakhuthazwe kakhulu ekukhetheni abantu abakwindawo abahlala kuyo.
  • Abafundi mabacetyiswe ukuba benze udliwano-ndlebe nabantu ubuncinane aba-3 - 4.
  • Inkqubo yokugweba iya kulinganiselwa ngokomgangatho wophando.
  • Abafundi mabangenise iphothifoliyo ebonisa wonke umsebenzi wabo wophando.
8. Iikhrayitheriya - Kuya kulindeleka ukuba abafundi benze izinto zibe MBINI:
8.1 Benze ingcaciso-ntetho (kujoliswe ekubeni ingabi ngumdlalo-kulinganiswa okanye imibongo). Balungise iphothifoliyo ngokubhaliweyo, nekufuneka ukuba ibandakanye oku kulandelayo:
8.1.1 Ubungqina bomsebenzi wophando. Abafundi mabenze udliwano-ndlebe nabantu basekuhlaleni yaye babe nako ukubonisa ubungqina bodliwano-ndlebe, umzekelo, iileta eziya kwabo baza kwenziwa udliwano-ndlebe, iitranskripthi zodliwano-ndlebe okanye okurekhodwe ngetheyiphu, kwanoluhlu lwemibuzo ebuzwe kubantu ebekusenziwa udliwano-ndlebe nabo kunye neempendulo - nokuba zibhalwe phantsi okanye zirekhodwe nge-digital tape recording.
8.1.2 Udliwano-ndlebe lunokwenziwa yaye lurekhodwe ngazo naziphi iilwimi zaseburhulumenteni.
8.1.3 Iiphothifoliyo mazibonise kwakhona ubungqina bokucingisisa yaye zinike ingqwalaselo koku kulandelayo:

  • Abafundi mabacacise gca ukuba kutheni le nto bekhethe aba bantu benze udliwano-ndlebe nabo, babonise ukuyiqonda kakuhle imeko yezembali apho umntu ebesebenza khona kwanendlela ingcaciso esuka kudliwano-ndlebe enxulumana ngayo nemeko yezembali okanye ngendlela encedisa ngayo ukuqonda iziganeko kokwembono yomntu lowo.
  • Abafundi mabaquke imbono yabo malunga noko bakufundileyo malunga nokwakunokwenzeka ukuba abantu ngabanye ngabanye babe nokuzisa utshintsho eluntwini kwanoko bakufundileyo bona ngokuthi benze uphando lwezembali yomlomo kwanexabiso lophando lwezembali yomlomo ekusincedeni ukuba siqonde imbali yethu.
  • Abafundi mabachaze bonke oovimba abasetyenzisiweyo kwiiphothifoliyo zabo. Iibhibliyografi mazifakwe. Kuya kohlwayelwa kanobom ukunyitywa kweembono.
9. Ukhuphiswano lootitshala 9.1
9.1 Ootitshala abasuka kwizikolo eziziisekondari abangenela ukhuphiswano kuya kufuneka benze isicwangciso somsebenzi esibonisa indlela ababecwangcise baze balungiselela ngayo iprojekthi yezembali yomlomo eklasini.
9.2 Utitshala ngamnye kuya kufuneka anike ingcaciso-ntetho yephothifoliyo yakhe kwiphaneli yabagwebi yaye azilungiselele ukubamba ingxoxo nephaneli leyo malunga nephothifoliyo yakhe.
9.3 Ootitshala mababandakanye oku kulandelayo kwiphothifoliyo yokhuphiswano:

  • Yaba nokwaziswa (introduced) njani iprojekthi yezembali yomlomo eklasini.
  • Abafundi banokwenza iiphowusta zeziko lenkcubeko elilifa lethu (heritage site).
  • Ithini inkcazo eyanikwa abafundi malunga nokukhetha kwanokuya kuthetha nabo babeza kubuzwa imibuzo yodliwano-ndlebe, ukulungiselela nokwenza udliwano-ndlebe kwanokusebenzisa udliwano-ndlebe njengobungqina bokufikelela kwizigqibo ngegalelo laloo mntu.
  • Zeziphi iinkqubo zongenelelo ngoncedo ezaye zenziwa ngootitshala ekuncediseni abafundi ukuba bayenze bayigqibe le projekthi.
  • Yintoni utitshala acinga ukuba abafundi bayizuza ekwenzeni kwabo uphando ngezembali yomlomo.
  • Kusengafakwa iintlobo ngeentlobo zemizekelo yomsebenzi wabafundi.
10. Inkqubo yokugweba yephondo
10.1 Ootitshala mabakhethe abafundi babalungiselele imijikelo yokukhiqwa kwabangaphumelelanga (elimination rounds) kwizithili nakwisiganeko sephondo, baqinisekise ukuba bonke abafundi abangenele ukhuphiswano bakho yaye basilungele isiganeko sephondo bekwaqinisekisa ukuba kukho izithuthi eziyimfuneko ezilungisiweyo zokuya nokubuya kukhuphiswano. Baya kuchazelwa bonke abathathi-nxaxheba malunga nokhuphiswano lwemijikelo yokukhiqwa kwabangaphumelelanga kwaneendawo eluya kuqhutyelwa kuzo.
10.2 Abafundi kufuneka:

  • bagqibe ukwenza uphando, iikhweshine, udliwano-ndlebe neetranskripthi zabo kuselithuba kakhulu phambi kokhuphiswano;
  • baqinisekise ukuba bazenzile iiphothifoliyo zabo ezibubungqina;
  • bagqibe ukuzenza iingcaciso-ntetho zabo;
  • bayakwazi ukuphendula nayiphi na imibuzo engeeprojekthi kwanophando lwabo; yaye
  • bayakwazi ukucingisisa kwanokwabelana ngamava abo.
10.3 Inkqubo yokugweba yephondo iya kuqhubeka nge-20 Agasti 2016. Kuya kwenziwa amanye amalungiselelo oomasifundisane ukwenzela ootitshala nabafundi, oko kusenziwa ngabacebisi ngezifundo kwizithili. Amaxesha neendawo ekuya kuqhubekela kuzo bonke oomasifundisane ziya kungqinisiswa ngokuqala kudlulwe kumcebisi ngesifundo seeSayensi zeNtlalo nezeMbali.
10.4 Iigridi zenkqubo yokugweba ezilungiselelwe ootitshala nabafundi (isiHlomelo A), ifom yokunika imvume yabantu ekuya kwenziwa udliwano-ndlebe nabo (isiHlomelo B) kwanefom ye-apreyizali yabantu ekuya kwenziwa udliwano-ndlebe nabo (isiHlomelo C) ifakiwe ngokunjalo.
10.5 I-DBE iya kusingatha uxanduva lokuhlawula iindleko zohambo nokulala zabafundi nootitshala abathatha inxaxheba ngethuba lokhuphiswano lukazwelonke ePitoli ukususela nge-30 Septemba – 03 Oktobha 2016.
