1. ISebe leMfundo esiSiseko (ISebe iDBE) likhuphe nge-02 Disemba 2016 i-National Assessment Circular 3 ka-2016, echaza ukuba kuvunyiwe ukunyuselwa kwabafundi kwiimeko ezizodwa ukulungiselela abafundi abanokuchatshazelwa ngokungalunganga ziimfuno ezimiselweyo ezinyanzelekileyo zokufumana inqanaba 3 (40%) kwiMathematika ukupasa badlulele kwibakala elilandelayo.

2. Kwimeko yaxa umfundi ezifezekisile zonke iimfuno ezimiselweyo zokupasa adlulele kwelinye ibakala (o.k.t. iBakala 7, 8 no-9), ngaphandle kokuba akaphumelelanga ngenqanaba 3 (40%) kwiMathematika yaye ke ngoko kufuneke ukuba agcinwe kwelo bakala, abafundi abalolu hlobo mabanyuselwe kwiMathematika ngokuxhomekeke ekubeni bafumana ipesenti engu-20% kwiMathematika neyona isezantsi.

3. Ihlala isebenza inkqubo yokutshintshwa kwamanqaku apha naphaya njengoko kumiselwe kwiNgcaciso eMfutshane yoLawulo loVavanyo 0020/2015. 4. Kucetyiswa ukuba izikolo ezisebenzisa iiprogram zeSebe iWCED zokurekhoda nokwenza iiripoti (WCED recording and reporting programmes) kumaBakala 7, 8 no-9, mazilandele le nkqubo ichazwe apha ngezantsi:
4.1 Ziyacelwa izikolo zikhuphele (download) iiprogram ezintsha zamaBakala 7, 8, no-9 kwiCEMIS zize zithathe (import) iifayili zazo ezikhoyo zizenze iinguqulelo (versions) ezintsha.
4.2 Maliklikhwe kanye kuphela iqhosha kwi-Schedule sheet yeprogram ukuzalisa zombini ezi nkqubo: eyokutshintsha amanqaku apha naphaya neyokunyusela umfundi.
4.3 Ikhasi lokungqinisisa ishedyuli (schedule verification page) nekhadi i-report card ziya kuzibonisa ngokuzenzekelayo ezi nguqu.
4.4 Kuya kuba yimfuneko ukuba kuprintwe kwakhona i-schedule verification sheet ne-report cards kuphela zabo bafundi bachaphazelekayo yile nkqubo yokunyuselwa kwabafundi kwiimeko ezizodwa.

5. Izikolo ezisebenzisa iiprogram zazo nezinabafundi abachaphazelekayo yile nkqubo yonyuselo intsha yeemeko ezizodwa maziyenze le nkqubo njengoko ichaziwe kule Setyhula DBE National Assessment Circular 3 ka-2016 eqhotyoshelweyo (IsiHlomelo A).

6. Ishedyuli ehlaziyiweyo, ilisti yabafundi abanamanqaku atshintshwe apha naphaya nekhasi i-verification page maziprintwe zize zingeniswe kuMphathi weSekethe.

7. Apho kuyimfuneko, imo yokupasa komfundi ukuya kwelinye ibakala (promotion status of learners) kwiCEMIS mayifakwe ngolu hlobo "Promoted with Mathematics condonation".

8. Kucelwa niqaphele ukuba le nkqubo yokunyuselwa isebenza kuphela ngo-2016 kumaBakala 7, 8 no-9.

9. Kwimeko yabafundi beBakala, makuqatshelwe ukuba abafundi abafumana amanqaku angu-20% awona asezantsi, abayi kuvunyelwa bayithathe iMathematika kwiBakala 10. ISebe iDBE liyalele ukuba mababhalisele i-Mathematical Literacy kuphela. Kufuneka amanqaku angu-30% angawona asezantsi kumfundi oza kufunda iMathematika kwiBakala 10. Esi sigqibo siya kuyichaphazela ngokucacileyo indibanisela yezi zifundo (i-Physical Sciences ne-Accounting ezifuna i-Mathematika).

10. Lixela uxolo iSebe iWCED ngokuthunyelwa emva kwexesha kwesi saziso seSebe iDBE.

11. Ziyacelwa iinqununu ukuba zazise okuqulethwe kule ngcaciso imfutshane bonke ootitshala bamaBakala 7, 8 no-9 ukuze bakuthathele ingqalelo.
