Schools should by now have completed elements of their school profile and their School Improvement Plan (SIP) Action Plans for 2015 online. |

The results of the systemic tests and examinations of 2014 will be uploaded on the system by 19 January 2015. |
| 3. |
The capture system will open for schools on 21 January 2015. |
| 4. |
Plans should be fully updated in all respects and signed off by schools by 30 January 2015. |
| 5. |
The system will then remain open until the final closing date of 13 February 2015 to allow for adjustments following engagements with school IMG managers. |

Schools should pay particular attention to the Academic Performance Improvement Plan. |
| 7. |
It is important for academic targets to be based on the number of learners and not only on percentages. In order to assist this process the online SIP for 2015 has been set up so that when schools insert the PERCENTAGE PASS targeted, then the corresponding LEARNER NUMBERS automatically appear in the relevant column. |

Completion of the data for 2014 will constitute the School Annual Report on the plan for 2014. |
| 9. |
The EXCEL version of the plan is attached for reference purposes. |

Once the plan has been finally signed off, schools should print a copy that should be signed by the Chairperson of the School Governing Body, the Principal and the IMG Manager concerned. Copies should be retained by all parties. |
