1. Iikhrayitheriya zokuphumeza ukudlulela kwabafundi kwelinye ibakala kumaBakala 10 no-11
1.1 IMimiselo Regulations pertaining to the National Curriculum Statement Grades R to 12 icacisa ukuba umfundi unokugcinwa kube kanye qwaba kwicandelo le-Further Education and Training band. Oku kuthetha ukuba umfundi ongakhange azifezekise iimfuno ezimiselweyo zokupasa kwiBakala 10 okanye kwiBakala 11, emva kokuphinda ibakala, unokudluliselwa kwibakala elilandelayo.
1.2 Intlanganiso yeBhunga laBaphathiswa bezeMfundo (Council of Education Ministers (CEM)) yowe-14 Agasti 2015 yacibisa ukuba kufanele kumiselwe iikhrayitheriya ukunika iingcebiso kwinkqubo yokudlulela kwabafundi kwelinye ibakala kwiBakala 10 no-11. Ngoko ke kufunyenwe le Setyhula E45 yeSebe leDBE, nolu xwebhu lusiSikhokelo luhamba nayo yaye ziqhotyoshelwe apha.
1.3 Ukucacisa, abafundi banokudluliselwa kwelinye ibakala kuphela xa ngaba bayazifezekisa ezi khrayitheriya:
1.3.1 Abafundi mababe abaphumelelanga ukuzifezekisa iimfuno ezimiselweyo zokupasa zeBakala 10 okanye zeBakala 11, nokuba bebekhe baliphinda iBakala 10 okanye 11.
1.3.2 Umfundi makafumane i-30% kwizifundo ezi-4 ubuncinane nemazibandakanye uLwimi loKufunda noKufundisa (Language of Learning and Teaching (LoLT)) lwesikolo.
1.3.3 Umfundi makabe ngobehamba isikolo rhoqo yaye engakhange angabikho esikolweni ithuba eliziintsuku eziyi-20 okanye ezingaphezulu koko, kungekho sizathu samkelekileyo.
1.3.4 Umfundi makabe ngozanelisileyo iimfuno ezimiselweyo ze-School-Based Assessment (SBA)/Practical Assessment Task (PAT)/oral zazo zonke izifundo ezichaphazelekayo.
1.4 Izithili zifanele ukubeka esweni ukuthotyelwa zizo zonke izikolo kwesi sikhokelo sokuphumeza ukudlulela kwabafundi kwelinye ibakala kumaBakala 10 no-11 kwizikolo zazo.
1.5 Ziyacelwa iinqununu ziqinisekise ukuba okuqulethwe kule ngcaciso imfutshane kwaziswa bonke ootitshala, abafundi nabazali ukuze bakuthathele ingqalelo.
