This Minute replaces IMGP Minute 0016/2013 and should be read in conjunction with Circular 0067/2004 which refers to Staff Establishments and the Filling of Part-Time Contract ABET Posts, IMGP Minute 0008/2014 which refers to Interpretation of REQVs for educators at Community Learning Centres as well as Chapter 6 (6.10.2) of the Procedure Manual For Centre Managers And Site Co-ordinators. |

The Centre Governing Body determines the remuneration rates for part-time educators at CLCs. |

Governing Bodies are reminded that part-time educators may not be remunerated at less than 70% of the PAM rate and not exceed the PAM rate. |
