1. All mobile units procured by the School Governing Body (SGB) during the 2013/14 financial year must be recorded onto the school’s asset register.
2. Any mobile unit donated to the School Governing Body (SGB) during the 2013/14 financial year must also be recorded onto the school’s asset register.
3. Substantiating documentation for units purchased and or donated must be kept for record purposes.
4. The asset register of the school must be made available on request to any delegated departmental officials.
