1. Iprogram i-Compulsory Induction Programme (CIP), eqale ukusebenza ukususela nge-01 Novemba 2012, isebenza kubaqeshwa abaqeshwe ngokoMthetho weNkonzo kaRhulumente, 1994 (uMthetho 103 ka-1994) (Public Service Act, 1994 (Act 103 of 1994)), njengoko ufakelwa izilungiso, kumanqanaba emivuzo (salary levels) 1 ukuya ku-14 ezithuba zabasebenzi okanye ezokusuphavayiza/ezokulawula (production or supervisory/managerial), eze-Occupation Specific Dispensation (OSD) okanye eze-non-Occupation Specific Dispensation, ukuqalela kwi-1 Julayi 2012. Oku kubandakanya nabaqeshwa abaqeshwe ngokwemvumelwano yethuba eliqingqiweyo (fixed term contract) elingaphezu kweminyaka emi-2, okanye abaqeshwa abalahlileyo kwinkonzo nabathi baphinde baqeshwe kwakhona kwiNkonzo kaRhulumente ukususela nge-1 Julayi 2012.
2. URhulumente weNtshona Koloni (WCG) uvakalise imingeni eliqela malunga nokuphunyezwa kwe-CIP yaye ke ngoko, kuye kwafikelelwa kwisigqibo sokuba makube kuqhutyekwa okwakalokunje nePublic Service Induction Programme (PSI) nange-Senior Management Service (SMS) Induction Programme, de kube kufumaneke ingcaciso ecace gca kuMphathiswa weNkonzo kaRhulumente nezoLawulo (Minister of Public Service and Administration (MPSA)) ngemibandela emalunga ne-CIP. Ngenxa yokungaqiniseki ngalo mbandela kuye kwakho iqela elikhulu labaqeshwa eliye lasalela alaya kuyo nayiphi na iprogram yokwaziswa ngomsebenzi kwiphondo. Kuthathwe isigqibo sokuba uRhulumente weNtshona Koloni (WCG) akuphelise ngokukhawuleza ukungaqeqeshwa kwabo bathi basalela kuqeqesho.
3. Njengoko ukungagqitywa kweProgram yoKwaziswa ngoMsebenzi (Induction Programme) kuya kukhokelela ekubeni ukuqeshwa kwabangabalingwa kungabi nakungqinwa (probationary appointments not being confirmed), iSebe leMfundo leNtshona Koloni (WCED) lenze isicwangciso sokuphelisa ukungaqeqeshwa kwabo ngokuthi kulungiselelwe uqeqesho lwe-PSI lwamakhulu amane namashumi amathathu anesithoba (439) abaqeshwa beSebe abasezikolweni abachaphazelekayo ukususela nge-25 Agasti 2014 ukuya kwi-26 Septemba 2014.
4. Iya kuthakazelelwa into yokuba unokubakhulula abaqeshwa abachaphazelekayo esikolweni sakho ukuba baye kwezi seshoni zoqeqesho lweentsuku ezi-2. Ukulungiselela le njongo, iinkcukacha ezingaphezulu ziya kuthunyelwa kumaziko achaphazelekayo. Kucelwa uqaphele ukuba uqeqesho lokwaziswa ngomsebenzi yinkqubo eya kuhlala iqhubeka okokoko kubaqeshwa abasanda kuqeshwa yaye iinkcukacha ezizezinye zoqeqesho longenelelo ngoncedo, ziya kumana zithunyelwa qho kumaziko achaphazelekayo.
