The Western Cape Education Department (WCED) regularly request Persal reports from the Provincial Treasury: Persal User Support Office. |

Standard reports include Personnel Records, Salary Reports and Transaction Reports. A full list of reports per category is available as an annexure to Recruitment and Selection Minute 0004/2014. |

All reports generated by the Persal User Support Office result in an added expense for the WCED. In line with the WCED’s efforts to contain costs and ensure improved service delivery and record keeping, ad hoc reports to the Persal User Support Office must be requested via the WCED Persal Office. |
