The 2013 progressions and promotions can be captured online as from Monday, 25 November 2013 on the Central Education Management of Information System (CEMIS). |

Please ensure that only learners who are currently registered at your school appear on the CEMIS and that they are in the correct grades and classes. |

Any learner who has left the school to go to another school must be transferred out on the CEMIS. |
| 4. |
Any learner who transferred to another province or country must be deregistered on the CEMIS. |
| 5. |
All checking and correcting of your school’s learner particulars must be completed before results are captured as from Monday, 25 November 2013. |

Capturing results online on the CEMIS is explained in the attached Annexure A. |
