1. Inkqubo yokuqeshwa njengomqeshwa wenkonzo karhulumente obambeleyo kwisithuba esiphezulu esingenamntu nesixhaswa ngemali nengcaciso ngokuhlawulwa kwesibonelelo sokubambela kwiimeko ezilolu hlobo yayaziswe kwiiSetyhula 0103/2002, 142/2003 no-10/2010. 2.   5. Isibonelelo sokubambela ngumahluko phakathi kwenotshi yomvuzo womqeshwa awufumana ngelo xesha nenotshi yomvuzo womntu oqalayo kwisithuba esiphezulu esingenamntu nesixhaswa ngemali.

  6. Ukuba umqeshwa ukwinotshi yomvuzo (kubandakanywa inotshi eyenzelwe yena buqu (personal notch) engaphezulu kwenotshi yomvuzo womntu oqalayo kwisithuba esiphezulu esingenamntu nesixhaswa ngemali aqeshwe kuso, isibonelelo sokubambela siya kuba ngumahluko phakathi kwenotshi yomvuzo wakhe ngelo xesha nenotshi yomvuzo elandelayo ephezulu echaphazelekayo kwisithuba esiphezulu esingenamntu, ngokuxhomekeka ekubeni ukho umahluko.

  7. Isibonelelo sokubambela asixhuzulwa mali yomhlala-phantsi.

  8. Isibonelelo sokubambela siya kuhlawulwa qho ngenyanga, ngokuxhomekeka ekubeni intlawulo yokuqala yenzeka kwinyanga elandela emva kokuba kuphele iiveki ezintandathu ezikhankanywe kumhlathi 2(b) apha ngasentla.
3. Inkqubo yokutyumba abagqatswa:

4. Le fom yesicelo eqhotyoshelwe apha yesibonelelo sokubambela mayizaliswe ize ingeniswe kuMlawuli weCandelo loLawulo lwezaBasebenzi ukwenzela ukuba kulungiswe intlawulo yesibonelelo sokubambela. 6. Abaqeshwa mabaqaphele ukuba ukuqeshwa kwabo njengababambeleyo akubaniki lungelo okanye kulindela ngokusemthethweni ukuqeshwa isigxina kwisithuba eso sakubanje sipapashiwe.

7. Kucelwa wazise okukule ngcaciso imfutshane bonke abaqeshwa ukuze bakuthathele ingqalelo.
