Line managers are urged to keep within the specified time-frames. It is therefore, requested that adverts be submitted to the Recruitment and Selection Centre on a Friday, at least one week before the advertising date. At the same time as the advert is submitted the directorate concerned also needs to indicate who the panel members are, the date for shortlisting and the date for interviews. The former will allow the Recruitment and Selection Centre to allocate resources in order to meet requests, it will allow for more effective processes. |
