Distribution of the LTSM, Today’s Choices, will take place during July 2013 to identified ordinary public secondary schools in the Western Cape. |

Four teacher’s guides (per LOLT) and one learner textbook for each learner in Grades 10 to 12 will be provided in the language(s) of learning and teaching of the school. The books will be provided free of charge to the identified schools. |

These books should be regarded as additional teaching and learning material to be used when dealing with the topic Development of the Self, as per the Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement for Life Orientation. |

Teachers may use the books as soon as they have received them, although training in their use will be arranged. |
| 5. |
Kindly contact your education district’s Life Orientation curriculum adviser should there be any shortages. |
| 6. |
Principals are requested to bring the content of this minute to the attention of the FET Life Orientation teachers at the school. |
