The 2012 progressions and promotions can be captured online as from Thursday, 15 November 2012 on the Central Education Management of Information System (CEMIS) and the Integrated School Administration and Management System (i-SAMS). |

Please ensure that only learners who are currently registered at your school appear on the CEMIS/i-SAMS and that they are in the correct grades and classes. |
| 3. |
Any learner who has left the school to go to another school must be transferred out on the CEMIS/i-SAMS. |
| 4. |
Any learner who transferred to another province or country must be deregistered on the CEMIS/i-SAMS. |
| 5. |
All checking and correcting of your school’s learner particulars must be completed before results are captured as from Thursday, 15 November 2012. |

Capturing results online on the CEMIS or i-SAMS is explained in the attached Annexures A and B respectively. |
