    4. The Grades 4 to 6 online ordering facility on the CEMIS or ISAMS will be active only during the period 1 to 15 August 2012. Schools must ensure that their orders are captured and signed off on the CEMIS or ISAMS before 15 August 2012 so as not to forfeit this opportunity.
    5. There are currently no textbooks for Natural Science and Technology on the approved National Catalogue. Schools will be given an opportunity to order books for these subjects when the DBE makes the Addendum Catalogue available to provinces in September 2012.
    6. In addition, schools are also encouraged to use this opportunity to view CAPS approved Grades 1-3 textbooks, readers and phonics programmes, which will be exhibited at the exhibitions listed above. Circular 0019/2012 dated 24 May 2012, instructed schools to use their Norms and Standards funds to purchase prioritised LTSM.
    7. Kindly bring the contents of this minute to the attention of all relevant personnel.
