The delivery of Volume 1 of the workbooks to schools was completed on 13 February 2012. Schools that experienced shortages, incorrect deliveries or no deliveries were advised to contact their respective education district offices for additional copies and exchanges. |

Delivery of Volume 2 has commenced and should be completed by 23rd March 2012. Volume 2 comprises the following:
- Grades 1 to 6 Home Language workbooks
- Grades 1 to 9 Mathematics workbooks in the language of learning and teaching (LOLT)
- Grades 1 to 6 First Additional Language (English) workbooks
- Grades 1 to 3 Life Skills workbooks in the LOLT

Volume 2 is to be used as from the beginning of the third term. Principals are advised to store the workbooks safely until they are distributed to learners at the appropriate time. |

Together with the delivery of Volume 2, each school will receive an acknowlegement of delivery form which must be completed and returned to the district office. Should there be any shortages, surpluses, incorrect delivery or no delivery at all, then the school must also report this immediately to the national call centre at telephone numbers 012 667 8877 or 086 126 8889. |
