This minute replaces IMGP Minute 0012/2009, and should be read in conjunction with the following:
- Circular 0067/2004, which refers to Staff establishments and the filling of part-time contract ABET posts
- IMGP Minute 0003/2012, which refers to Interpretation of REQVs for educators at community learning centres
- Chapter 5, Section 5.10.2 of the Procedure manual for centre managers and site co-ordinators.

The centre governing body determines the remuneration rates for part-time educators at community learning centres. |
| 3. |
Governing bodies are reminded that part-time educators may not be remunerated at less than 70% of the Personnel Administration Measures (PAM) rate, and not at more than the PAM rate. |
