| 1. | Introduction Elections of new members to the governing bodies of public AET centres were held during August and September 2012. New centre governing bodies (CGBs) have been constituted in line with the Provincial Gazette Extraordinary No. 6984, dated 24 May 2012. |
| 2. | Training for new CGB members All members of newly constituted CGBs will undergo training on their roles and responsibilities. This training will be conducted by the AET Subdirectorate in October 2012. Training dates and venues for education districts are provided in Annexure P. |
| 3. | Handing-over process Centres managers are reminded to ensure that the outgoing CGB has officially handed over all CGB files and other relevant documents to the new CGB, as instructed in IMGP Minute 0013/2012. |
| 4. | Thanks to outgoing CGB members The AET Subdirectorate would like to express its sincere gratitude to all outgoing governing body members for the invaluable service they have rendered to the centres during their terms of office. |
