2. Lo Mgaqo-nkqubo i-Western Cape Government's Transversal Human Resource Management Policy ulawula ukwenziwa komsebenzi ohlawulelwayo ngabaqeshwa beSebe iWCED ngaphandle kwenkonzo karhulumente. Lo mgaqo-nkqubo ufakelwe izilungiso, kwaye umgaqo-nkqubo ohlaziyiweyo waphunyezwa ukususela nge-1 Septemba 2012. Lo mgaqo-nkqubo unokufikeleleka kweli ziko lewebhu www.westerncape.gov.za.

4. Ukungaphumeleli ukufumana imvume elolu hlobo kuya kukhokelela kwiziphumo zokohlwaywa komqeshwa ochaphazelekayo.
