The Western Cape Education Department (WCED) hereby announces the publication on 30 January 2013 of Special Vacancy List 1/2013, a closed vacancy list for Post Level 1 educators. |

All SGBs, principals, IMG managers and circuit team managers are to ensure that vacant Post Level 1 posts are loaded for advertising by 24 January 2013. |

Educators in excess and on contract, as well as bursary holders (pre-service and Funza Lushaka), are encouraged to apply for the advertised posts in this closed vacancy list. |

The vacancy list will be circulated via the WCED’s Registry, and can be viewed on the WCED Website at http://wced.school.za (Click on "Vacancies" on the website's home page to access the e-Recruitment System for Educators.) |

Persons mentioned in paragraph 3 above who are interested in applying for the advertised posts must ensure that they register and capture their CVs on the newly launched e-Recruitment System. |
