Circular S8 states that the Department of Basic Education will not be prescribing new poems for Home and First Additional languages and new short stories for official First Additional languages for the National Senior Certificate examinations of November-December 2013 and February-March 2014. |

The same poems and short stories studied for 2012 must be studied for the National Senior Certificate examinations of November-December 2013 and February-March 2014.
