| 1. | Section 16A. (1)(b) of the Education Laws Amendment Act, 2007 (Act 31 of 2007) requires the school principal to submit an annual report on the academic performance of the school and on the effective use of available resources. |
| 2. | Please find attached the Annual Report forms for 2010. There is one for high schools and one for primary schools. |
| 3. | The due date for the submission of the completed Annual Report forms is 28 January 2011. Please submit a signed hard copy of the report, as well as an electronic version, to your circuit team manager. |
| 4. | The WCED will appreciate your assistance in this matter. |
