1. ISebe leMfundo leNtshona Koloni (iSebe iWCED) likuxabisile ukuzimisela kwabaqeshwa benkonzo karhulumente ekwandiseni ulwazi lwabo ngezemfundo nasekuphuhliseni izakhono zabo.

2. ISebe iWCED likulungele ukuncedisa abaqeshwa ngemali ukuba baqhubele phambili ngezifundo zabo kwaye licela abaqeshwa abanqwenela ukwenza izifundo ngokungesosigxina (part-time) ngo-2012 ukuba benze izicelo zeebhasari.

3. Iibhasari ziya kunikwa abenzi-sicelo kuphela ukuba:

  • bangabasebenzi abaqeshwe ngokoMthetho weNkonzo kaRhulumente (103/1994);
  • baqeshwe ngokusisigxina liSebe iWCED;
  • bayahlangabezana nemiqathango yokwamkelwa yeziko lemfundo elichaphazelekayo;
  • bazimisele ukwenza izifundo ngokungesosigxina ngo-2012;
  • abafumani bhasari karhulumente okanye nayiphi na enye ibhasari kwaye
  • bangabemi baseMzantsi Afrika.
4. Zonke izicelo ziya kuphononongwa ngokwezi khrayitheriya zilandelayo:

  • Ukufaneleka kwenkalo yezifundo ekujoliswe kuyo ngokunxulumene neemfuno zangoku nezexesha elizayo zeSebe iWCED
  • Imfuno yecandelo elichaphazelekayo yezakhono ezithile okanye ezinqabileyo
  • Ubulungisa kwezengqesho (ngokohlanga, isini, ukhubazeko)

8. Izicelo zisenokufakwa kwakhona kwibhokisi yeposi ebhalwe "Public Service Bursaries" kwicandelo laBenzelwa iiNkonzo lakwaNdlunkulu, kumgangatho wesi-2 (ongasentla ePosini), e-Grand Central Towers, Lower Parliament Street, Cape Town.

9. Izicelo ezifike emva kwexesha elibekiweyo, ezingabhalwanga zonke iinkcukacha, ezithunyelwe ngefeksi okanye engabonakaliyo into ebhalwe kuzo azisayi kuqwalaselwa.

10. IKomiti yeBhasari iya kuqwalasela zonke izicelo ize emva koko yenze iingcebiso zokukhutshwa kweebhasari. Imali eyabelwe ibhasari ayisayi kuba ngaphezu kweefizi zobhaliso nezokufundiswa, kodwa oko kungathethi ukuba kuya kuhlawula zonke iindleko. 11. NgaBaphathi aBakhulu beSebe iWCED abaya kunika imvume yokugqibela ngenani leebhasari eliya kukhutshwa.

12. Ngamnye umenzi-sicelo ophumeleleyo uya kulindeleka ukuba angene kwimvumelwano esemthethweni neSebe iWCED yokunika inkonzo yonyaka omnye ngonyaka ngamnye wokunikwa kwakhe ibhasari nokuthobela eminye imigqaliselo ekhankanywe kwimvumelwano.

13. Imbalelwano iya kuthunyelwa kuphela kubenzi-sicelo abaphumeleleyo. Ukuba akwenziwanga qhagamshelwano nawe kwiiveki ezi-5 emva komhla wokuvala, kuthathe oko njengokubonisa ukuba isicelo sakho asibanga yimpumelelo.

14. Musa ukuthandabuza qhagamshelana nabantu abakhankanywe kwiletahedi yale ngcaciso imfutshane ukuba ufuna ingcaciso engaphezulu ngeskim seebhasari.

15. Kucelwa uqinisekise ukuba bonke abasebenzi benkonzo karhulumente abakwicandelo lakho bayakwazi okubhalwe kule ngcaciso imfutshane.
