1. 2. Isatifikethi saseburhulumenteni sokungqinisisa, sicacisa iikhrayitheriya ezithile zokuvunywa kolo tshintsho, masisayinwe yintloko yeziko lemfundo elichaphazelekayo ngomqeshwa ngamnye wenkonzo karhulumente oqeshwe ngemvumelwano onenkonzo yonyaka omnye okanye yeminyaka engaphezu koko engazange yaqhawuka njengoko ibinjalo nge-1 Januwari 2010. Zonke izatifikethi zokungqinisisa ezizalisiweyo mazingeniswe kuMlawuli weCandelo loLawulo lwaBasebenzi (Director: Human Capital Management) ungadlulanga owe-23 Matshi 2010.
3. Ukwenzela ukuqinisekisa ukuba konke ukungqinisiswa kwezatifikethi kugqitywe ngokuchanekileyo nokuba iintloko zamaziko emfundo zizingenisile izatifikethi zabo bonke abaqeshwa benkonzo karhulumente abaqeshwe ngemvumelwano abakufaneleyo oku, ii-ofisi zezithili zemfundo ziceliwe ukuba zincedise ngokungqinisisa.
4. Izintlu (lists) zabaqeshwa benkonzo karhulumente abaqeshwe ngemvumelwano abakufaneleyo oku kwisithili ngasinye, kwakunye nekopi yefom yesatifikethi sokungqinisisa ekufuneka zizalisiwe, ziya kuthunyelwa nge-imeyili kumlawuli wesithili semfundo ngamnye.
5. Kuya kufuneka ii-ofisi zezithili zemfundo zenze le misebenzi ilandelayo:
5.1 Abaphathi beze-IMG abachaphazelekayo mabathumele kumaziko emfundo achaphazelekayo uluhlu lwabaqeshwa benkonzo karhulumente abaqeshwe ngemvumelwano abakufaneleyo oku nabanenkonzo yonyaka omnye okanye ngaphezulu engazange iqhawuke ukususela kowe-1 Januwari 2010 kunye neefom zesatifikethi sokungqinisisa;
5.2 Abaphathi beekomiti zeesekethe mabamkele izatifikethi zokungqinisisa ezizalisiweyo kwiintloko zamaziko emfundo baze bangqinisise ukuba onke amacandelo azalisiwe zaza izatifikethi zasayinwa ziintloko zamaziko;
5.3 Abaphathi beekomiti zeesekethe mabalandelele zonke izatifikethi ezingekangeniswa baze bazingenise izatifikethi zokungqinisisa ezizalisiweyo kumlawuli wesithili;
5.4 Abalawuli bezithili mabathumele zonke izatifikethi ezizalisiweyo kuMlawuli wezoLawulo lwaBasebenzi (Director: Human Capital Management) ungadlulanga owe-23 Matshi 2010.
6. Kucelwa niqaphele ukuba imvume yokuba kuqhutyelwe phambili nokutshintshwa kwemo yomqeshwa wenkonzo karhulumente oqeshwe ngemvumelwano itshintshelwe kwingqesho esisigxina yobulingwa (permanent on probation) inokwenziwa kuphela xa utshintsho lucetyiswe (has been recommended) yintloko yeziko elichaphazelekayo.
