Requests to advertise invitations for tenders must be submitted at least 90 days before the expected delivery date of the goods/services.

To avoid deviation from the normal tender procedures by the Directorate: Procurement Management and to ensure that goods/services are delivered timeously, Procurement Heads are requested to plan their requirements well in advance and to submit their requisitions at least 3 months before the goods/services are needed (the first half of 2010).
