This minute must be read in conjunction with Circular 0067/2004, which refers to Staff Establishments and the Filling of Contract and Part-time ABET Posts, as well as Chapter 5 (5.10.2) of the Procedure Manual for Centre Managers and Site Co-ordinators.

The centre governing body determines the remuneration rates for part-time educators at CLCs.
|

Governing bodies are reminded that part-time educators may not be remunerated at less than 70% of the PAM rate, and not in excess of the PAM rate.

The current hourly PAM rates are as follows:
