Iikomiti ezimodareyithayo ziqinisekisa ukungatshintsha-tshintshi izinto (consistency), ulingano (equity), ubulungisa ekwenzeni iinkqubo (procedural fairness), ukuchaneka (correctness) nokwenza ngobulungisa (administrative justice) ekuphunyezweni kweSPDMS. |
