Directorate Financial Accounting Services (Tax Section) is currently undertaking the task of verifying individual tax numbers, as required by the South African Revenue Service. We hereby request the assistance of registered taxpayers under your supervision to either verify or provide their correct tax numbers in order that we may comply with SARS requirements. |

Kindly assist in the distribution and collection of the attached forms. Head of Components are requested to return completed forms of all staff members in one bulk by mailing to the address stipulated on the verification form or hand deliver at Client Service Centre. |
