This minute contains guidelines on moderation of Examination Paper 4 of the Official Home and First Additional Languages and Examination Paper 3 of the Official Second Additional Languages offered for the National Senior Certificate.

These guidelines should be read in conjunction with the following documents:

The attached guidelines for moderation of oral communication (Annexure 1) aim to coordinate and standardise the assessment of oral communication in all official languages. |
