1. Esi saziso simalunga ne-PMDS kootitshala abasezi-ofisini abasisigxina, abasekondiweyo, nabaqeshwe ngemvumelwano. Kucingelwa ukuba iingxoxo zokuhlolwa kwentsebenzo zaqhutywa kwikota nganye ngethuba lomjikelo we-01 Apreli 2007 ukuya kwi-31 Matshi 2008.
2. 5. Kufuneka amanqaku ayi-75% ewonke kwiminyaka emi-3 elandelelanayo, ukuze umntu afaneleke ukufumana uchatha okhawulezileyo womvuzo.
6. Ziyakhunjuzwa kwakhona iisuphavayiza ukuba amanqaku kufuneka amodareyithwe aze asayinwe ngabaphathi. Kucelwa ukuba ujonge kwiSikhokelo sokuModareyitha (Moderation Guidelines) nakwezi thempleyithi zamanqaku ziqhotyoshelweyo.
7. Amanqaku omjikelo ka-2007/2008 makangeniswe kwiCandelo loLawulo lweMigangatho (Directorate: Quality Assurance) ungadlulanga owe-18 Apreli 2007. Ulawulo lwe-PMDS luya kugqithiselwa kwiCandelo loLawulo loPhuhliso lweZakhono zoLuntu lwangaPhakathi xa iNtloko yeSebe leMfundo ivuma ukuba mayenziwe le nguqu ibangelwe yinkqubo yohlenga-hlengiso.
8. Ikopi yale khalenda ye-PMDS yomjikelo ka-2007/2008 noka-2008/2009, iya kunikwa bonke abaphathi, iisuphavayiza nootitshala abasezi-ofisini.
9. Kucelwa wazise okubhalwe kule ngcaciso imfutshane abaqeshwa abachaphazelekayo.
