Injongo yale leta kukukhumbuza iinqununu ngemisebenzi ebalulekileyo ekufuneka ibe seyigqityiwe ekupheleni kukaJanuwari 2008.


2. Ukucwangcisela unyaka

Kubalulekile ukuba iprogram yonyaka ka-2008 imiselwe ukuze inqununu ikwazi ukulawula isikolo ngokukuko. Iinqununu maziqinisekise ezi zinto zilandelayo:

  • yeyiphi imisebenzi emele ukwenzeka ngo-2008;
  • ziintoni iinjongo (iziphumo ezilindelekileyo) zale misebenzi;

3. Imisebenzi neemfanelo ezithile

5. Iibhajethi

6. Ukuba noqoqosho [ukonga imali]
6.1 Izikolo ziyayazi imeko yemali iNtshona Koloni (namanye amaphondo) ezifumana ikuyo. 7. Iingxelo zonyaka zika-2007

  • Imiba yemali (Inkxaso-mali yeSebe leMfundo, iimali ezisuka kwimibutho exhasayo, izixa ezingeniswe lunyuso lwengxowa-mali, inkxaso esuka kubazali, njl. njl.);
  • Imisebenzi yasehostele (ukuba ikho ihostele);
  • Imiba yebhunga lolawulo, ngokunjalo neenkcukacha zoqhagamshelwano zikasihlalo we-SGB.
8. Inkcazo yomnqophiso (mission statement) neziphumo (outcomes) onqwenela ukuziphumeza ngo-2008
8.1 Ukuba isikolo asinawo umbono nenkcazo yomnqophiso (mission statement), inqununu, ootitshala, i-SGB ne-RCL zifanele ukuqulunqa ezi zinto zithi rhoqo ukumana zizifunda ngo-2008. 11. Abaqeshwa abaphangelayo ngeeholide zezikolo

Qinisekisa ukuba bonke abaqeshwa abangenalungelo lokuxhamla iiholide zezikolo bathatha ikhefu elisemthethweni ukuba baye ababikho semsebenzini. Akuvumelekanga phantsi kwazo naziphi iimeko ukuba abafundi bamkelwe esikolweni ngelokugcina izithuba zootitshala be-CS okanye zezithuba zabangengabo abe-CS. Isikolo sikho ngokunxulumene neemfuno zabafundi ingekuko ukubonelela ngengqesho kubasebenzi.


15. Ukwamkelwa kwabafundi

Uyacelwa uqaphele ukuba ukwamkelwa kwabafundi abatsha kwizikolo ezineemfuno zemfundo ezizodwa kungavunywa kuphela nguMlawuli: weNkonzo yeNkxaso yeMfundo eneeMfuno eziZodwa (Director: Specialised Education Support Services) emva kokuba imigqaliselo yaseburhulumenteni nechanekileyo ilandelwe. Uyacelwa uqaphele ukuba kuphela ngabafundi abafuna ngenene imfundo eneemfuno ezizodwa nabangakwaziyo ukuba bangafunda ngempumelelo kwizikolo zemfundo yesiqhelo bamkelwa kwisikolo semfundo eneemfuno ezizodwa. 16. INtloko yeSebe leMfundo nabaqeshwa bakwaNdlunkulu banqwenela ukubulela iinqununu nootitshala ngentobeko yabo kulo nyaka udlulileyo ngomsebenzi onzima phantsi kweemeko ebezidla ngokuba nzima nezidinisayo.
