In Operational Support Unit Minute 0001/2008 of 25 January 2008, you were requested to ensure that your total norms and standards allocation (N&S) which made provision for textbooks and local purchases, is utilised and that requisitions reach the ordering office in Kuils River by 31 January 2008.

Due to the time it takes to turn requisitions into orders and the subsequent delivery and payment process, we can unfortunately not accept any further requisitions. Requisitions received after 31 January 2008 will thus be returned.
